Richard Lewis Ring
Graduated from USAFA in 1977.
Was a WSO in the back seat of RF4’s in the 33rd Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron at Zweibrucken AB in Germany from 78-84. Attended AFIT at Wright Patterson AFB from 84-85 and got a Masters Degree in Operations Research. Assigned to NORAD/Space Command at Cheyenne Mountain AFS in Colorado Springs then US Space Command at the Chidlaw Building, followed by Air Force Space Command in Building 1 on Peterson AFB.
Turned down Major and separated in 1988.
